Free POS software with everything in it: register, invoices, stock sold by the bag as by the unit, fifteen languages, payment with no connection, margin reports, at 0 $. From one plan to the next, only four numbers go up.
Prices planned for launch. On day 15 the current month is charged pro rata; after that, billing falls on the 1st of each month.
A repair workshop run by one person and a wholesaler with twenty-five staff do not have the same volume, and work in the same software. Take the plan for your size today, not the one you hope for in two years.
The shop run by two, the salon just opened, the association taking in its membership fees.
A small team invoicing every week: hours of labour, sessions, a monthly subscription.
An established business: several places, a stockroom apart, customers on credit to chase on the 5th of the month.
Wholesaler or chain of shops, with batches to follow and stockroom locations.
Beyond Growth, or when your data has to be brought over from the old software with someone on the phone.
The price is not counted per head: at 30 $ a month, ten people work in COMZA. Taking on an eleventh employee costs you nothing as long as you stay under the limit.
The first four lines carry the only differences, and they are numbers. The twenty lines after say "Yes" in all five columns.

A two-person business needs to put a figure on its losses and chase an unpaid 90,00 $ as much as a wholesaler does. When a publisher keeps loss tracking for its top plan, the one with the least means ends up with the least useful software.
See all the featuresEvery high limit for 14 days. A card is saved at sign-up, but no charge is taken before day 15 . Stop before then: you pay nothing.
Growth limits for 14 days: 25 people, 10 points of sale, 10 000 products or services, 5 000 invoices.
The sales taken in during those two weeks are your real sales — with your real customers, and they stay afterwards.
If you chose a paid plan, the first charge lands that day, pro rata for the current month. After that, billing moves to the 1st of each month.
If you stay on the free plan, nothing is charged, not that day and not later. Sales, history and issued invoices stay where they are.
So that day 15 cuts nothing off. Without it your register would stop in the middle of a selling day, and that is exactly what we want to avoid.
Your number never passes through us: it stays with the payment provider. An email warns you before the first charge, and you can stop in one click.
An email warns you before that charge. Stop before day 15 and you pay nothing. The free plan, for its part, does not stop: 2 people, one point of sale, 50 products, 20 invoices a month.
Take the 14 daysYes, both ways, from your space, without writing to us. Going up, the new limit applies within the minute and you pay the difference pro rata for the days left. Going down, the change takes effect at the end of the month already paid.
Nothing blocks in the middle of a sale. COMZA warns you when you get near the limit, then lets you go over: you see what is over, people, products or invoices for the month, and the plan that fits. Never a screen shut in front of a customer waiting for his receipt.
No. Month by month, and you stop from your space without writing to anyone or saying why. No minimum term, no set-up fee, no exit fee. The month begun stays paid and is not refunded: that is the only thing you lose by leaving on the 3rd.
It may go up one day, we will not promise you otherwise. If it does, you get an email at least two months before, from contact@comza.app, and the current month stays at the old price. Two things we will not do: raise the price mid-month, and move a feature out of the free plan into a paid one. What is free today stays free.
Bank card or transfer. The payment goes through a specialist provider: your card number does not circulate with us. At every charge, a compliant invoice in your name, the one your accountant will ask you for at year end.
The space moves to the free plan, it does not close. Sales, invoices issued, customer records, suppliers and stock stay readable. The free limits apply to what you create afterwards. The full export is there from 0 $on, without asking anyone's permission: your data comes out the day you want to leave.
Yes. Associations taking in membership fees, cooperatives and teaching establishments pay Business 15 $ instead of 30 $, and Growth 25 $ instead of 50 $. Send proof of status to contact@comza.app: the rate applies the following month.
Four questions at sign-up, and you cash in your first sale. 14 days free, nothing charged before day 15, and your data leaves with you if you stop.
